About this course

Course overview

Day 5 of 5 — the E²P capstone.

The synthesis. Integrate all four prior disciplines — BA, PM, Agile, Program & Change — in a full-day capstone simulation that mirrors the complexity of a real cross-functional initiative. You'll lead a simulated team through a realistic scenario with servant leadership, influence, and strategic decision-making.

Standalone or part of the full E²P certification. Completing all five days unlocks eligibility for the E²P certification exam.
