About this course

Course overview

Day 1 of 5 toward the E²P certification.

The foundation of full-spectrum value delivery. Start with the discipline that defines what to build and why — before anyone starts building. You'll practice strategy analysis, structured requirements elicitation, and rigorous solution validation, walking away with a reusable playbook for turning ambiguous business problems into shippable specs.

This is Day 1 of the five-day E²P certification. Take it standalone to earn 8 PDUs, or complete all five modules (in any order, across any cohorts) to qualify for the E²P certification exam.
