About this course
Course overview
The analyst's toolkit — built in two days.
Business Analysis Fundamentals is a fast-paced, applied introduction to the discipline that sits between the business and the build team. Over two days, participants learn the day-to-day skills every BA needs: how to elicit what the business actually wants (not just what they say), how to write requirements that developers can build from and stakeholders can sign off on, and how to model current- and future-state processes well enough to expose the gaps nobody is talking about.
The course is deliberately BABOK®-aligned without being BABOK®-flavored — meaning you walk out with real templates and practiced techniques, not just vocabulary. Every concept is reinforced through a running case study so the techniques compound as the workshop progresses.
